All products discounted or red-tagged on our website are final sale.
- These products are not eligible to return for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- If final sale products are returned to us we do reserve the right to deny your package.

This applies to any and all discounted apparel, equipment, and supplements on our website purchased during our sale.
All orders do have a 24-hour cancellation window post-order submission.
- Cancellation instructions are provided in your confirmation email once the order has been submitted and in this article.

After 24 hours, your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way. If you are having trouble canceling your order please submit a ticket to our Support Team.
*We do not price-match items at any point prior to, during, or after any of our sale events that have been discounted.

supplements –
Supplements cannot be returned if:
- it has been opened or used
- it was purchased more than 15 days ago
swimwear –
All swimwear is final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene purposes.
red tag & discounted items –
Any items that are discounted on the site and/or have a final sale tag are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- This does not apply to full-priced items that you use a discount code or affiliate code on at checkout. Only items that are pre-discounted on our website (ex: during Black Friday or On Sales tab) prior to a code being applied at checkout.

pre-order items –
Items that are part of a pre-sale/pre-order event or have this mentioned when advertised are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
