Return/Exchange Policy –
Our products have a 30-day return/exchange window and warranty period (with the exception of the items specified below). This timeframe starts when your order is delivered to you.
Please be sure to read our Final Sale Policy before sending off your return.
Backpacks and Lever Belts are exceptions and have a 60-day warranty and return/exchange window – starting from the delivery date.
- All item(s) being returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions or they may be subject to denial –
Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer
Items must not have excessive wrinkling
Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint
Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any socks or other undergarment pieces due to hygiene reasons.
If your product(s) arrived with tags, they must be attached and in their original packaging.
- If your return is denied, we will notify you via email and your returned item(s) will be sent back to you.
- If you are returning your entire order or your order is 'Returning to Sender', please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged in any way, please reach out to our team here within 30 days of your purchase with us.
- Our team promises to process your refund in 7 business days or less, once your returned items are delivered to our facility
- Refunds will be issued once your return has passed inspection and processed.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to process back to your original payment method.
- Our team promises to process your exchange request in 7 business days or less, once your returned items are delivered to our facility
- Exchanges can only be made for any product of equal or lesser value than the product being returned.
- If a higher-priced item is requested a refund for the returned product will be issued.
- If stock is unavailable for the exchange request at the time your exchange is processed a refund will be issued.
- We cannot reship any returned items if exchange requests can't be fulfilled.
