We are not able to change any items or sizes in an order once it has been placed. All orders have a 1-hour cancellation window once submitted. This can be done by following the instructions on your order confirmation page (example below) or contacting our team.
Changes we can make to your order:
update your address –
- We can update your address as long as your order is not fulfilled for shipment. Contact our support team and include your new address so we can assist you.
update your email –
- If you'd like your email changed or didn't receive a confirmation email post order submission please contact our support team and include your email so we can assist you.
cancel your order –
- You can cancel your order within 1-hour of placing it. Simply go to your confirmation email and click the 'View your order' button. Once you are on the order status page you will see both "Reorder" and "Cancel My Order" under Order Actions.
- After 1-hour we do not accept cancellations for orders. This is stated in all confirmation emails.
