For all products being returned to us please allow up to 7 business days, once delivered to our facility, for our team to inspect and process your requests.
If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process a refund back to your original payment method used on the order. You will receive a refund notification via email and the funds can take up to 5 business days to process back to your payment method.
If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will issue a store credit to the email attached to your order. The credit (gift card) will be sent to you via email – be sure to check your spam/trash folders. In some cases, like returning final sale items, our team will issue store credit due to no returns/refunds/exchanges being accepted on final sale items in the case that your item(s) isn't returned to you.
If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability.
- If stock is available a new order will be created for your exchange request and you will receive a confirmation email with those new details.
- If stock is unavailable a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment on the order. Please note, that returns will not be reshipped if stock is unavailable.
